Bridesmaid dresses, jackets and wraps

We offer exchanges and refunds on bridesmaid dresses and jackets excluding clearance items.

Please email hello@veilsandmore.co.nz if you would like to exchange for a different size, colour or style or would like a refund. Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of the order being received.

Return postage is at the buyers expense. Refunds will only be issued once the items have been returned.

All other products

Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons and in order to keep our prices affordable, we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges on any of our other products.

If an item is faulty, please get in touch and we would be happy to provide an exchange or a refund.
